The Ground
Main Ground
Our main ground is kept in fantastic condition by our head grounds keeper. Over the course of the season, we have access to sixteen pitches, each of them meticulously looked after to ensure we can provide games for every team that calls our ground, ‘Home.’
All-weather Nets
Installed in 2022, these all-weather nets are a fantastic addition to our club facilities. They are used at training nights by all playing sections during the main season, but they are a community asset and can be used all year round by any adults and children who fancy a knock.
Roll-on Net
We also have a roll-on net for any summer training sessions. This gives a true-feel batting and bowling experience and increases the number of people able to train at the same time. A variable speed bowling machine is also available for our teams and can be made available with prior agreement.
Clubhouse
We have one of the largest clubhouses in North Devon. With a bar, skittles alley and amply-sized home and away changing rooms, it really is a wonderful facility that matches the quality of our beautiful ground. It is a members’ only facility, so you will need to sign-up at the bar.
Outside Seating
The outside seating faces the ground and during the summer weekends, you would count yourself lucky to have found yourself a seat. With the sun in the sky all afternoon and prime view of sunset, it is a fabulous spot from which to view the cricket. Just don’t forget your suncream!
Players’ Seating
Reserved for the players and situated just outside of the changing rooms, this decking area gives you a raised view of proceedings from cow corner/deep third man. A great place to score from and an even better one to celebrate a win with a drink or two after the game.
